We not only pride ourselves on excellent product and product delivery but exceptional service delivery. We offer turnkey event services and empower other small businesses and entrepreneurs in doing so.

In corporate event catering my mission has been to combine artistic flare with quality delivery to enhance my clients’ business opportunities. My clientele include several international organisations as well as individuals.

 

I have managed teams of up to 40 personnel at events including chefs, barmen and waiters, and have collaborated with well known sommeliers with regard to South African and International wine tasting events.

 

In the pursuit of excellence in my field I have trained under Michelin Chefs in Italy as well as top restaurateurs in South Africa.

 

The menus I have produced range from finger meals through to banquets and fine dining experiences. For the past six years I have built lasting relationships with my clientele and have, for several of them, become their preferred catering vendor
